The minoSharp is the next generation sharpener from Shinkensen and this model
is 30% bigger than the standard Shinkensen sharpeners. The reason for this is
this model is designed to be suitable for any knife except those that are
serrated or sharpened on one side only. Like the smaller model, you simply
fill the chamber with water then run you rknife backwards and forwards through
first the white coarse wheel then through the pink fine wheel for a perfect
