Jules Brinton Ltd. aims to provide you with a service you can return to again and again. This is an online shopping service which is both easy to use and secure. There are however, some terms and conditions you should be aware of to make your use of the website entirely satisfactory.

Delivery
Delivery charges are calculated on the total weight of the selected products, the packaging requirements and the delivery charge.

Mainland UK delivery costs from £4.95 with free shipping on all orders over £100.00
Please note that there is a surcharge for deliveries to certain parts of the Scottish highlands, the British Isles and Ireland.

International delivery charges are calculated depending on the products ordered. Please contact us on 0845 3131490 for an accurate quotation.

Please note that every delivery must be signed for so it may be worth choosing a delivery address where this is feasible.

Our products make ideal gifts, and it is very easy to specify a different delivery address and billing address on the order form at the checkout. However, please note that delivery instructions and addresses cannot be changed once the parcel has left our warehouse so please ensure you enter the correct information when ordering or contact us if you require parcels to be sent elsewhere (eg. during school holidays, if you have moved house etc.).

Please allow 2-3 days for UK delivery from the point of despatch and 7 days for Overseas deliveries. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.

Payment
We accept Delta, MasterCard, Solo, Switch and Visa as well as payment by cheque. See ‘My details’ and ‘Privacy’ for reassurance of the safety and security of our service.

Customer Service
Our customer service team is on hand Monday to Friday 9.00am until 5.00pm. In the event that there is no one available to take your call please leave a message on our answer machine and we will return your call as soon as possible. Alternatively you can email us at info@julesbrinton.com and we will try to respond to your email as soon as possible.
Please note that the office is not always open on bank holidays.

Descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure that all the product information provided on the website is accurate. Descriptions, measurements, colours, prices and special offers are all correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication.

Complaints
We take every step to ensure that your experience on our websites is a fun, easy and enjoyable one. However, if for any reason you do have a complaint, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We aim to deal with all complaints fairly, confidentially and effectively. All complaints are dealt with by the Managing Director personally. It is part of our personal service promise to acknowledge and do our best to solve your problem within 5 working days, and to keep you updated at every stage of the resolution process. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns and refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or a product is faulty, damaged or defective you may return it to us for a refund or a replacement within 7 days of delivery. You will need to contact us within the 7 day period for us to acknowledge your claim. The item(s) will need to be posted back to us, securely packaged in the original packaging before a refund or a replacement is issued. Please note that we do not refund delivery charges for original or return deliveries. All claims require an accompanying letter explaining the problem(s) if any and the reason for refund or a replacement.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Your statutory rights are not affected.

As it is illegal to sell knives to anyone under 16 years of age therefore if you are purchasing these type of products from Jules Brinton Ltd you agree that you are over the age of 16 and we reserve the right to check your age.
