How do I shop online?
As you browse our website, you can add products that take your fancy to your shopping basket without any obligation to eventually buy by clicking on the basket logo. You can view your shopping basket at any point, keeping or removing items as you see fit and verifying your spending costs – nothing could be easier!

How do I use the search for a product?
Searching for a product has never been easier! The site is divided into various main categories, which contain clear sub-categories to help you discover the perfect products for you. The main menu is always visible on the left hand side of your screen to allow you to move easily from product to product
However, if you cannot find what you are looking for or are pressed for time use the quick search facility in the top right hand corner of your screen. Here you can type in any word and the computer will automatically search our site and display the available items that incorporate that word. For example if you are looking for a set of copper saucepans you could type in either copper or saucepan to find our range of copper saucepans.

How do I place my order?
Once you have decided on your final order, simply proceed to our secure online server to place your order by clicking on the checkout icon. Fill in the form with your personal details and credit card information and follow the prompts.

You will see the notification that you are entering a secure area of the site, reassuring you that all your details will be kept confidential and safe. The form itself is very easy to follow. You will be asked for your name, E-mail address, telephone number, shipping and billing address, and payment details. You can pay by Delta, MasterCard, Solo, Switch or Visa cards. There is also the possibility of opting out of receiving further information about other Jules Brinton web sites and offers.

How will I know you have received my order?
You will receive a confirmation E-mail as soon as we have processed your order and will receive another email confirming the length of time we anticipate it will take to despatch your order. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been despatched so that you can track your order if you wish. When will my products arrive?
In stock items should arrive with you between 2-4 days from the date we process your order, however out of stock items delivery may take 7 to 10 working days. We will contact you by email if there is a delay in obtaining any of your items.

How much is delivery?
Mainland UK delivery costs range from £3.85 - £5.85 depending on the weight of the item(s) and is FREE on all orders over £100.00!
Express 24 hour delivery (mainland UK only) incurs a surcharge of £3.00 and is only available Monday to Friday.

How long does delivery take?
Please allow 2-3 working days for UK delivery. Overseas deliveries may take up to 7 working days.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?
Yes, all our parcels need to be signed for so please ensure that they are sent to an address where this is feasible.

What happens if no one is home when my parcel is delivered?
Under normal circumstances our couriers will leave a ‘while you were out’ message and/or try to re-deliver the following day. If you have a request such as ‘please leave with neighbour No. 34’ we will note this and do our best to get it adhered to.

Can I get my parcel sent to a different address?
Yes, simply enter the delivery address in the shipping information section when ordering.

How can I return a product?

I can’t find the product I’m looking for.

How do I track my order?

Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes, please contact our customer services team on 0845 3131490 before the items have been despatched and we can cancel or amend any order details for you.

Can I add to my order once I have submitted it?
Yes, simply place another order as normal and we shall add it to your existing order providing the existing order has not already been despatched.
